I.B.E.W. 575 Seniors Club

                                                    MEETING FEBRUARY 9, 2012

Meeting was called to order at 10am by Chairman Mike Finn, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Members present were: Mike Finn, Rick Eastwood, Terry Minch, Ed Mantell, Lonnie Ervin and Bill Tipton.

Correspondence was read.

Letters with donations were received from; Bob Kitchen, Tammy Whitley, Marvin Davis, Dave Shoults and Gary Long.

Lonnie discussed the retirement plaque. The size would be 11 x 14 inches. The plaque will have the IBEW logo on it and the wording will be something like, "This plaque presented by IBEW Local 575 Senior’s Club to Brother or Sister ____________ to commemorate your years of service to the IBEW and Local Union 575 (and former local union 88 if appropriate).

If you have comments on wording send it to IBEW 575 p.o. Box 1544 Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 Attention Senior’s Club.

Motion made by Rick Eastwood and seconded by Terry Minch to allow Lonnie to proceed with plaque development. Motion Carried.

Moment of silence was observed for Brother Jerry Cochran.

Money received from retired members, local union 50 /50 drawing and members present was three hundred and seventy-eight dollars.

Next meeting will be March 8, 2012 at the IBEW Portsmouth office, please try to attend.

Being no other business meeting adjourned at 11:00am
